Brooks Sweet Chestnut Side Table

This unique handmade side table has been created by furniture maker Alex Brooks, from a piece of sweet chestnut wood in his Dorset workshop using traditional and modern techniques.

The edge has been charred, a black resin inlay has been added to the surface and a hand forged ironwork leg frame completes it.

The end result being a tactile and stunning feature piece of furniture for you to enjoy in your home for many years to come.

The use of locally sourced wood from wind fallen trees captures the end grain details, which tells the tree's life story.
